Here goes another car chase. Actually its not really a chase. I love it and it is my favorite live street race video (NOT that I support racing on the street). Hope you like it! And its great to recognize much of the streets. I’ve been on most of them. They even drive right in front of the Royal Palace.. Nice.
Hope you dig it. And again, be safe! No need for us to race on the streets. I just dig cars like these WRX’ and Evolutions’. I post this every once in awhile.
I added some new photos to my photo gallery. Go check them out if you dig photography. Hope you like them. If you don’t like them; You Suck! But don’t tell me!
I think Inglourious Basterds has become my favorite Tarantino flick. Its even jumped over my all time favorite Pulp Fiction. Yes, I’m serious.. Why, you ask? Because the story is just insane. Its as though someone re-made the dirty dozen, but made all of the dozen Jewish, threw in some spies, through in a story of some of those in Occupied territory. Brad Pitt’s character is pretty interesting and damn near makes this his best (most eclectic) acting role behind being a Pikey/gypsy in SNATCH.
And did it, making a much better (Produced) movie. This movie has a great mix of amusing moments intermingled with drama, intermingled with the style that ONLY Quinten can put on a screen. No one’s ever made Nazis look so non-repulsive even though it was pretty repulsive. Thankfully, they didn’t get into holocast stuff. If my history serves me, this would have been in a pre-Final Solution time-frame. The point of the movie pre-supposes what would’ve happened if Hitler (and Goebbles, Bormann, Goring) were killed and the war was ended on one day.
The movie is based around a propaganda film being made around a German Sniper. The propaganda film is called Nations Pride (Stolz Der Nation). What so funny is that on the DVD, they have posted the entire german propaganda film made for this movie… And it looks just like one of the real propaganda films from the 1940’s. Its very creative that they chose to do this.
Merry Christmas to all. It would be great to think that we all can just recognize that it was a great day and just go with it. What’s sad is that so many out there can’t just appreciate the day and feel the need to put some down for thier beliefs and each year it is getting harder and harder for communities to put out manger scenes stuff that has to do with the religion of Christianity.
I have little doubt that the fight over Christmas will get tougher and tougher for those who celebrate it over the next few years. But this isn’t the purpose for this post.
If you haven’t been paying attention to this story! It stems around a Mother who headed back to her home country of Brazil. After she was there, she decided not to come back to the United States. The biological father began his fight to have his son returned. To make the story even worse, the mother divorced him and then died during child birth. The step-father had custody of a child that wasn’t even his. The step father fought for years to keep custody. Because of the media, the story became international.
Well after 5 years of being without his son, the Brazilian government finally determined that the child must be returned. Many on the Brazilian side made this out to be some kind of US versus Brazil thing. What I would ask people (of any nation to keep in mind is); What if you as a parent divorced your spouse and they took off to another country, died, and left your child with a stranger. Wouldn’t you want them back??? It seems like a simple question really but I guess you have to think about it yourself.
Even people from the US agreed that Elian Gonzales had to go back to Cuba when his father wanted him back. Its just the nature of things. Children should be with thier fit, non-violent, and safe biological parents.
